(2) Material requirements
The drainage pipe in the boiling water room of this project adopts flexible joint drainage cast iron pipe and flexible connection. The pipeline connected with the submersible pump is welded steel pipe. When connecting flanges of drainage cast iron pipes, the flanges should be laid down according to the size of drawings, the flanges should be tightened diagonally, the flanges should be adjusted vertically and horizontally, and the pipes should be fixed after cleaning the dirt in the flanges, placing the rubber rings in the flanges, and inserting the flanges into the flanges.
(3) Drainage Pipeline Installation
1) Installation of drainage trunk pipes
Installation bracket and hanging pipe should be erected first, the bracket should be planted on the designed slope or the hanging card should be planted to measure the size of the hanging rod, the prefabricated pipe bracket and hanging are firm, and the reserved position of the riser should be dimensioned according to the indoor horizon, coordinate position and axis, connected to the specified height, and the reserved pipe mouth should be temporarily sealed. Drainage pipe gradient conforms to construction specifications. If the slope is too small or reversed, the use effect will be affected.
2) Drainage riser installation
According to the construction drawings, check whether there are any errors in the dimension of the retaining pipe holes. If there are deviations, the floor holes should be chiseled. When the floor is chiseled, the marks should be drawn according to the location. After the structural design approval, the chiseling marks should be aligned. When the ribs are broken, they should be handled according to the structural requirements. When the riser is installed, the upper and lower coordination is in place. After checking the vertical degree of the riser, the riser is temporarily fixed firmly. When the riser is installed, the gap between the tunnel entrance and the pipeline will be filled and filled, and the temporary bracket will be removed. Inspection openings are arranged on each floor of the riser, and the height is 1 m from the installation ground.
3) Installation of Drainage Branch Pipe
The bracket installation should be built first, and the bracket should be planted according to the gradient, or the crane should be planted, the size of the suspension should be measured, the prefabricated pipeline should be lifted to the bracket, and then the bracket team installation. The branch pipe is arranged in the ceiling, and the end of the pipe has a sweeping opening. The pipe is connected to the upper floor for easy sweeping. Drainage branch pipes must be installed according to the specified gradient, and the phenomenon of backward and flat slopes is not allowed. After the branch pipe is installed, the reserved pipe of the equipment can be installed in place, the size can be found accurately and the floor holes can be blocked tightly with civil engineering, and the reserved pipe mouth can be temporarily blocked.
4) Drainage Pipeline Irrigation and Through-the-Ball Test
(1) Before concealment or buried drainage pipes must be irrigated, and the irrigated height should not be lower than the upper edge of the bottom water appliances or the ground height of the bottom.
Detection method: After 15 minutes of water level dropping, then 5 minutes of observation, the liquid level does not drop, and no leakage of pipeline and interface is qualified.
(2) The main riser and horizontal main drainage pipeline should be tested through the ball. The ball diameter is not less than 2/3 of the ball diameter of the drainage pipeline, and the ball passing rate must reach 100%. The ball passing test is qualified by the smooth and unimpeded test ball. If the test ball fails, the blockage in the pipeline should be cleaned up in time and re-tested until it is qualified.
Detection methods: test balls are put into the top of the drainage riser, and checked at the outlet of the exit pipe at the bottom of the riser. The test balls are flushed out by water through the outlet; the test balls are put into the beginning of the inspection pipe section by the horizontal trunk pipe and the lead-out pipe, and the water is flushed out at the end of the lead-out pipe. Temporary net cover should be added at outdoor inspection wells (combined wells) in order to intercept and take out test balls.
(4) Quality standard
The material, specification and dimension of the pipeline must meet the design requirements, the gradient of the horizontal main pipe and branch pipe of the drainage system must meet the design requirements, the test results after the completion of the drainage system must conform to the design requirements and construction specifications, the installation of the pipeline bracket must be arranged neatly, and the bracket and the pipe are in close contact.
